Sera Lodge is situated in the beautiful untouched coastline of Chidenguele on 8.1 hectares of land with 412m seafront and set in the dunes with breathtaking scenery. It is perfect for fishing (rock&surf, fly, and deep sea), snorkeling and watersports. It is 70km north of Xai-Xai, 280km north of Maputo, +-800km from Johannesburg.
- WATER: Two bore holes that are equipped and with a backup water pit. Water pumps are all installed with pipes, storage tanks and automatic fill up switching. Water points to all the houses and storage of 15000 litres of water.
There is a large Workshop of +/- 340m² for storing equipment, tools, a work space, boat and trailer storage with lock up doors.
- ELECTRICITY: EDM connection; 100kva transformer and a 50kva backup generator with automatic start on/off switch system; Proper distribution of 3 phase electricity over the lodge with feeding cables and distribution boxes throughout the Lodge.
